Hard to say: Dizziness can cause nausea, especially if it's severe, such as an inner ear disturbance. If you're too nauseated to eat/drink you can be dizzy due to dehydration with lower blood pressure. If you can, make sure you're drinking plenty of fluids and taking in adequate calories. Avoid meds and alcohol. If this persists, seek medical help . Good luck.
