Dizzy when standing ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Dizziness: Dizziness with standing is usually related to a sudden drop in blood pressure (BP) when the person suddenly changes posture. You may go to your GP and have them measure your BP while lying down, then sitting up and finally standing up. Also check the heart rate in the same position. Orthostatic hypotension is usually associated with an increase in heart rate and a drop in BP
