Muscle spasm: May be related to irritation or spasm of the muscle between your ribs ( intercostal myalgia or neuritis) . I would try advil or aleve (naproxen) if you are jnot allergic to these medications. If not improved within 72 hours or symtoms worsen, see your private medical doctor.
