I've got a anal fissure and im also waiting for blood tests, today i had blood in the water pan of toilet and i've had liquid diaherrea which is it from?

Can't be sure: A fissure is more likely to have a few drops of blood after passing a stool or on toilet paper. If blood is related to diarrhea, i would expect it to be mixed in with the poop and there might also be mucous. Sometimes the same condition causes both diarrhea and fissures. Keep in touch with you doctor.
