Block Duct, mastitis: If the lump on you breast is firm but not tender, it may be just a blocked duct. Warm compresses and mild massage may work it loose. More concerning are the flu symptoms, which suggests that there is infection or mastitis as well, especially if the lump is tender. This is usually treated with antibiotics . Check with your ob.
