It is a stimulant: As with cocaine, getting high on Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) is dangerous, both from a risk of heart attack or cardiovascular event to brain damage, aneurysm and or stroke. Not to mention the risky behavior to follow including the legal issues which are likely to be class x felonies regarding the use or distribution of this drug.
