Evaluation: If your symptoms are not controlled with rest, ice, anti inflammatories, possibly massage and postural modification, seek evaluation from an orthopedic surgeon. You may hav clicking from instability or an arthritic condition of the AC joint which may or may not be causing trap pain. You also may have a cervical spine disorder. This can easily be determined by hx, exam/x-ray.

Need to check: You should get some X-Rays done and be checked by your doctor to figure out what is the reason for your symptoms. If you injured it in an accident ,then it could be a fracture or dislocation of the clavicle. but it could be minor sprain so better get it checked. I hope that helps. Good luck
