Would not expect a: Sunburn to cause swelling over one specific bone or joint. Bilateral clavicular swelling? Might dig deeper to see if there were other reasons for a clavicle to swell besides a sunburn.

It shouldn't...: Sunburn is pretty superficial and generally doesn't cause swelling, certainly not enough to really notice. It must be something else.
