See a doctor ASAP!: When a child begins to have symptoms beyond fever - such as dizziness, concern for more than just the run of the mill viral infection increases. You should have your child checked out by your doc today if they are open, or by an urgent care physician. Good luck!

Not enough info.: There isn't enough information to work with. How old is the child? Are there any other symptoms? Is he or she able to drink fluids without vomiting? To be on the safe side you need to see a pediatrician. It may be serious or it might just be a virus infection.
