Heart size: A borderline heart size means that your heart is on the larger side of normal. For example, if you were to rate normal heart size on a scale of 1 to 10, your heart would rate a 9 or 10. Note that this is still in the normal range for heart size. Usually, an increased heart size is due to hypertension.
