I had an eyelash go up my eye the other day and it never came down. should i be concerned?

No problem: The eye has to deal with eyelashes falling into the eye all of the time as a normal process. Lashes soften in the outer eye when moistened by tears and will mot cause any problem. The eye will get rid of your lash nicely.
