Slowly: Some weight gained during pregnancy is fat storage, uterine enlargement and water retention. Look for proper nutrition never skipping meals. Engage in exercise that is enjoyable and sustainable. If you are not a self starter, and few of us are, join a workout group with friends that have your back.
