Must be evaluated: There is no way for you personally to know the cause of swollen lymph nodes in your neck. You should visit your doctor the great majority of the time, they are coming from an infection in your throat, mouth, face, or even infection in the nodes themselves. Cancer can be a cause but is less liely. Go and find out for sure.
