Could i use my prescription for daily disposable contact lenses for weekly/monthly type of contacts?

Usually not: Most suppliers of contact lenses want the exact prescription in every detail and will not accept a daily wear lens prescription as a substitute for any other type.

Should i get daily or weekly disposable contact lenses?

Depends: If eyes are uncomfotable with the current contact lenses while you wear them weekly the daily contact lenses would be the best for you. I have seen too many patients wearing them overnight that have severe problems. Daily contact lenses avoid this problem.
