Codeine and soma (carisoprodol): Simply put you could. However it is never a good idea to use Soma (carisoprodol) long term. It has little effect on muscles and gets converted to Meprobamate that has strong addiction properties.

They are both sedatives and taken together can cause more drowsiness, so be careful..
