Could it be okay to take a soma (carisoprodol) 4 hours after taking a 10mg valium to help me sleep?

Soma (carisoprodol) valium: No - absolutely not. Valium has a long half life so it stays in the system for long. Soma (carisoprodol) gets converted to Meprobamate that has the same effects as valium.
