Could you explain breast cancer symptoms to me?

Varies: Often no signs - if picked up on mammogram. Otherwise a growing mass in the breast, or lung in the armpit, nipple discharge or inversion, edema of the breast, or redness of the breast. Also a sudden change in breast size.
