Add extra protein: Our bodies do NOT store protein, and it is a group of relatively difficult set of substances to digest. There is no real benefit and there is potential harm. The exception are those who are trying to gain muscle mass by working their muscles and adding protein or those with protein wasting diseases. Protein is used in the body for building and maintenance and we do not need extra amounts
