Reynaud's?: I assume you been reynaud's phenomenon, and it can not cause carpal tunnel syndrome. It may give rise to some similar symptoms causing tingling, numbness and pain based on vascular compromise.

No. Raynaud's phenomenon or Raynaud's disease is a problem with circulation resulting in fingers (or other body parts) becoming pale, cool, and possibly cyanotic. Severe Raynaud's can cause gangrene. Carpal Tunnel Syndrome results from compression of the median nerve in the wrist. This cause numbness, tingling, pain, and weakness. Neither condition should be ignored -- see a doctor.
