Yes & no: Hi. No, post-menopausal women can have great orgasms. BUT, if the vaginal lining is atrophic, sex can be painful, which, depending on the patient, can interfere with orgasm. So menopause, per se, doesn't interfere with orgasm, but factors related to menopause may. Talk with your gyn...they're great at that stuff.
