Mostly for THC: but ONLY on the screening test, and NOT on confirmatory tests. If whoever is doing the testing only uses screening tests, and does not confirm the positive test with more sophisticated methods, they are not following generally recognized principles of drug testing and could be subject to lawsuits. The confirmatory tests can determine that the positive is NOT a substance of abuse.
