Yes but why: If you take two antihistamines at once you will bring out the less desirable side effects such as drowsiness and dry mouth. There is really no benefit from this and could lead to an overdose if you did this long term. Its best to take one at a time give it a few days to determine if that antihistamine is working and if not change to another.
