Forgive my frankness: Acne on the trunk requires both topical treatment, perhaps with benzoyl peroxide, and systemic treatment with prescription-strength medicine. No home or over-the-counter remedy will do much good. Get with your personal physician and perhaps a derematologist; if offered isotretinoin, consider taking it though it's not for the faint-hearted.
