No: Hallucination are a symptom of psychosis. Borderline personality disorder is usually considered related to early childhood experiences ;/or perhaps physiological issues.

Borderline: Not likely. BPD is caused by a complex matrix of genetic factors and, typically, a history of sexual abuse. Hallucinations, on the other hand, are the cardinal symptoms of schizophrenia and schizoaffective disorder.
