Perhaps...: Oh, please, I am barely holding on to a really sarcastic response... No. I wont say it....Must not mention if head is up the.. Just kidding. If there was 'axial loading' of the skull on the spine down to the tail bone, i suppose it could. After all, a concussion occurs when the brain is sloshed (my word) around and hits the skull, causing a 'brain bruise'.

Not likely: Such a fall is not likely to cause a concussin, but is possible based on wjat ja[[ems to your kead and neck as a result of your fall.
