You can support the: Leg with a brace. Immobilization is key. You can use towels wrapped around your leg and something as simple as a broomstick on the inside and outside of your leg wrapped with a bandage to hold he leg still. Ice NSAIDs and Tylenol (acetaminophen) will also help.
