Go see your doctor: Actually, while waiting for appointment, ask yourself a bunch of questions. Like, did you run out of medications? Eat more salt (or different foods) than normal? Get stressed over something (like that doesn't happen everyday, right?!). Try an illicit pharmaceutical? Start smoking? Drink more than typical? Stop exercising? Sleep less than usual? Get a new BP cuff (or drop/damage current one)?

High BP: Be on a 2000 MGM Na diet Exercise regularly Aim to have ideal body weight If after 3 months BP continues to be high,then see Ur MD for treatment with Medications. Good luck.
