Chin lump: It really depends on how long it has been there, if it is growing, if it is painful. Could be anything from a deeper pimple/hair follicle infection to a lymph node that is inflames to something you were born with that isn't worrisome to a tumor of some sort (that can be non-cancerous or cancerous). If you are worried see your doctor.
