Can sinus infections make your head feel like a bowling ball on your shoulders?

Maybe: I have no idea what a bowling ball on the head feels like but sinus pain is usually localized to the front of face and forehead area. Neck arthritis with muscle tightness can cause a heavy feeling of the head, and brain tumors can cause excruciating headaches.
