See your doctor: Any of those could be a big issue. I would see your doctor for further workup. Always good to be on top of the issue rather than chasing it down the road.

Please be specific: Your statement is very confusing. Do you have back pain or kidney pain or appendix pain?? There is no single treatment that will cover all of them!
