Stop bridging: But seriously, if it hurts to bridge that could to an issue with the lumbar facet joints. Can be as simple as laying off it for a while, or needing a formal evaluation by a spine specialist (pm;r, orthopaedic spine surgeon). Possible unstable spondylolishthesis as well.

Stretches: I would suggest first keeping your knees together as you bridge. In addition try stretching in child's pose. You can also assume the Cobra position. One other stretch is to lay on your back and bring your knees into your chest, forming a tight ball.
