Probably not...: The treatment can be quite involved. This is a severe chronic infectlion of the soft tissues, usually of the armpits or groin. Cases that do not respond to non-operative treatment can be treated surgically with removal of the infected tissue. This creates a large wound that is similar to that created by a burn. Reconstruction is often and problem and the best course is to allow it to heal.

NO: Unfortunately, there is no fast cure. It is usually a chronic illness. Some may eventually be cured, but it is difficult to predict at the onset who will be cured and who will not.
