A member asked:

Can you be healthier the lower your cholesterol goes?

A doctor has provided 1 answer
Dr. Bennett Werner answered

Lower=better: The lower your cholesterol, the healthier you are. This assumes a normal diet. The exception to the low cholesterol rule is if your cholesterol is low due to malnutrition.
