It is also good to find the source of the mercury. Consider Selenium, zinc, vitamins C & E. Mercury is removed mostly in stool so you need maximize your diet to move your bowels 2-3 times daily. Get your thyroid checked because the mercury can slow it down (which can cause constipation).
