Diet pill: Sorry to be a pain but the best diet control involves exercise regularly and appropriate food intake - not diet pills. There are many articles about proper food intake. My preference is the on-line program "NuVal". Look it up if you can.

The most effective: pill is the one you don't take, since all of them are a waste of money. The only thing that will lose weight is your wallet. Don't get your medical information from friends, tv or internet scams. THe only effective long-term approach unfortunately is eating less and exercising more.
