Can any doc tell me what's the difference between muscular pain and a heart attack ?

Heart attack : A heart attack is when the heart muscle does not have enough blood supply and all that includes. That causes a firm of muscle pain. Of course, you could have pain in any of your muscles besides your heart, too.
