Here are some ...: Pre-cum or pre-ejaculate is the fluid secreted from Cowper's glands residing with the muscle of pelvic floor right next to membranous urethra resulting from sex arousal in prep for alkalizing urethra to protect sperms and for lubricating vaginal introitus and vagina for coitus. Cum or ejaculate is the fluid (usually 1.5 - 5 cc) coming out of seminal vesicles at the moment of orgasm /ejaculation.

No difference: They are both semen from the prostate gland. They both can cause pregnancy. Pre-cum is leaked out of the penis during sexual stimulation prior to ejaculation. Cum is the semen that is ejaculated. No difference.
