Having fatigue,insomnia,digestive issues,and tingling sensations.My b12 level was checked, it is 244(200 - 1100 normal),lab says 200 - 400 may be symptomatic.Doc says it is in my head.Should I get a second opinion? CBC,CMP,TSH,d,folate,A1c are nomal?
