Clavicle pain: This is one if the more painful fractures. Difficult to sleep, hurts to take deep breath or sneeze. All will improve with time

Yes.: They can cause quite a bit of discomfort. Using a sling for comfort and support is very helpful. Your doctor may prescribe pain pills and/or anti-inflammatory medication. Icing the shoulder 4-5 times per day will help as well.
