Add calories: Difficulty breathing causes body to increase amount of energy it expends, accelerating your metabolism. In addition, feeling ill usually has negative impact on appetite.Eating 5 times a day instead of two or three can help you get more calories .You can also try to drink beverages that are calorie-rich, milkshakes or juices instead of water. Adding peanut butter, ice cream c fruits, olive oil etc
