What happens if my hands and feet fall asleep a lot?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Desk job: most commonly if working a desk job and sitting/typing etc for long periods of time. You need an ergonomic set up to protect your wrists so you don't get carpal tunnel. You need a chair that wont pinch the sciatic nerve at the back of the thigh which will make legs and feet fall asleep. Take breaks and walk around. Also exercising by walking with light hand weights to tone muscles will help.
