I'm curious what could happen when i mix cigarette smoking and being a type 2 diabetic?

You increase risk of: getting heart disease, other arteriosclerotic disease (narrowing of arteries in legs and to the brain), and make it harder to treat your diabetes. Those two risk factors in combination are very powerful in terms of increasing risk of a heart attack or stroke. I strongly suggest quitting smoking, losing weight, following diet, taking medications and exercise.

Smoking & Diabetes.: That combination almost guarantees that you'll get some heart disease or stroke or vascular disease. Very very bad!
