Support: Tender loving care :) a supportive family, partner and friends can help pave the way towards a satisfying pregnancy. However, keeping a good schedule and doing things you enjoy (reading books, going to new places) can help prevent symptoms from emerging.

Yes: Emotional feelings are influenced by the changing hormones in your body with pregnancy. Estrogen is the hormone produced during pregnancy that may influence your mood. Progesterone levels early in pregnancy may also be responsible for mood changes. If you find that your mood changes are erratic and associated with a depressed mood, let your doctor know as this not be normal.

Calcium is mood food: Calcium, 500-600 mg in the morning and the same dose in the evening might be a mood stabilizer. You need to divide it up and not take it all at once. Any calcium is fine, though you will see debates on which is 'best.' i think that if it fits your taste test, your convenience test and your finance test then it has past the test for you!

How could spinal injuries affect your emotions?

2 doctor answers4 doctors weighed in
Dr. Michael Bolesta
Orthopedic Surgery 40 years experience
In many ways: A spine injury can range from minor to catastrophic. If there is spinal cord injury, a person will go through the same stages as someone losing a loved one to death: grief, anger, denial, depression, bargaining, and (hopefully) acceptance. Even less devastating spinal injuries can lead one down a similar path. It is normal, and getting support from friends, family, and professionals can help.
