A member asked:

Please explain which diseases affect the shape of the eye?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

None in adults: The shape of the eye is fixed during childhood and although are minor changes related to refraction, the basic shape in adults is permanent. Only trauma can cause any change after that. No disease is known to change the eye shape.
