Anemia: Its called megaloblastic anemia, cause the red blood cells are very large. A Folic Acid deficiency can also lead to neurologic problems in unborn children. Anemia may make you: Feel weak and tired. Feel lightheaded. Be forgetful. Feel grouchy. Lose your appetite and lose weight. Have trouble concentrating.
