Anti-aging: Anti-aging supplements is perhaps a bit of a misnomer. Perhaps we will call them, "healthy aging" supplements. The effects are varied. The goals are to decrease insulin levels, decrease chronic inflammation, decrease free radicals in the body, and decrease abnormal cross-linking, or glycation, of proteins in the body. These benefits can be achieved, and will help to slow aging of tissues.

It Depends.: It will be a waste of time unless you are doing these things first. Exercising/Movement, healthy nutrition, not obese, no smoking, if drinking, only 2 drinks/night. Doing something about your familiar risk factors, appropriate screening tests for age/risk and vaccinations. While some Nutraceuticals (supplements) may help minimize or reverse some damage, they will not work if you keep damaging body
