Sinusitis: You give a pretty classic presentation foe sinusitis, which is usually a bacterial complication of a cold with nasal congestion. Antibiotics are usually prescribed. Z- pak might work, but is not the preferred drug. It also helps to use saline nasal spray. If no relief after3 days, check with your doctor about a medication change.
