A member asked:

I'm 37 and my monthly periods come at different times every month. it varies between 7 to 10 days off each month. what is the reason for this?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Menstrual cycle: The time between two menstrual cycles counting from the first day is typically 28 days. 365 days divided by 28 = 13, which is one cycle more than there are months in a year. Cycles between 25 days and 32 days are considered normal. Therefore, you may have as many as 15 cycles or as few as 11 cycles per year.
