Contact your Dr.: I am not clear if something fell on top of your head or did you have jolt in your head? "a sudden hard blow, strike heavily or jarringly" (dictionary). It can be complicated because if your inr levels are too high from warfarin, that could lead to excessive bleeding. Contact the doctor who knows you.
