Bumps: Call your surgeon about your fever and pd bumps. This is not the normal healing process. They will give you the best advice and treatment.

See surgeon ASAP: You may be infected postoperatively and need to be fully assessed and begun on appropriate treatment immediately. This will require physical exam, cultures, labs including CBC w diff, and probably some imaging studies. If you cannot reach your surgeon go to an er. Do not delay on this. Good luck and hope you are better soon.

Possible post-op inf: I would be most concerned that a post-op infection has developed, including the possibility of an abcess(es) which are collections of infection which may have formed under the skin. You need to contact the surgeon who did your surgery or see an infectious disease specialist who are used to diagnosing and dealing with infections and can help you sort this out.
